USER AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

Philippines, (hereafter „Cayama Inc.“) takes the requirements of the Data Protection Act quite seriously and wants to ensure that your sphere of privacy as a user of the Cayama Inc. offers will be protected. For this reason, Cayama Inc. has issued a declaration of data protection, in which the treatment of your personal data is explained for customers of Cayama Inc. Cayama Inc. retains the right to change the content of this declaration of data protection from time to time. For that reason, the declaration of data protection should be reviewed at periodic intervals for new knowledge.

External service providers who process data on instructions for us will be subject to a strict contractual obligation in the spirit of the Federal Data Protection Act and should therefore not be regarded as third parties for the purposes of data protection law. These service providers will in particular be prohibited from using your data for any other purposes than those originally agreed.

You may revoke the declaration of approval issued to Cayama Inc. at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you may revoke this usage, to the extent that we use your data for marketing measures for example in the legally permissible framework.
